With over 25 years of experience in the retail industry, Aaron has developed extensive practical knowledge in delivering retail assets. His diverse roles as Designer, Project Manager, RDM, Tenancy Coordinator, and Shopfitter have equipped him with a robust skill set that he leverages to create and implement commercially viable projects.

Throughout his career, Aaron has effectively collaborated with architects, designers, builders, developers, and retailers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. He has played a key role in delivering hundreds of tenancies for local, national, and international retailers, as well as developing guidelines and project delivery documentation.

His experience encompasses multiple high-value retail projects, including the $800 million Karrinyup Shopping Centre Redevelopment, along with leading design teams for Mandurah Forum, Halls Head, and Midland Gate for Vicinity Centres.
