As part of this year's Fremantle Design Week, work.shop.dine hosted a walking tour of FOMO Street Alley, letting both budding and existing commercial hospitality designers in behind the curtain of quick service retail.
Taking them through the lanes of Street Alley we talked through the borderless & regenerative incubation spaces created for small businesses to grow and thrive, and how we achieved this through our spatial planning and shopfront design.
We lifted the lid on the secrets of creating kitchen spaces that are efficient and adaptable, an essential in today's tough economic environment, with a talk from kitchen consultants Caterlink.
